Hooping is not just physical fitness it covers a whole range of pluses.
There is great skill and technique involved in hula hooping.
It sometimes takes months for something to get ingrained into your muscle memory. You can put a hoop on your waist, grab a blindfold, crank up your favourite music or not and do some moving hoop meditation. You can create a piece of performance art. You can simply play with the hoop in ways that express you, express your emotions or just silly like a child.
It could be for 5mins as a bit of computer tension relief.
