HoopFIT O'Clock - Hoop'n Travelling Skip - 10min workout

It's time to Get FIT & Be FAB for Mardi Gras Parade.

It's HoopFIT O'Clock

This is just a simple 10min workout.

1 min in one direction

1 min in the other direction

15sec travelling skip with right leg lead 15sec travelling skip with left leg lead

then repeat x 4

total 10min workout.

Please warm up a little before & stretch after.

You know your body so listen to it!

Make sure you are hydrated.

Find a park, the beach , at home or in the gym.

Do 2 or 3 sets if you want.

I'll be adding more to this playlist.
